Kirstyn
Hi! I’m Kirstyn, a former TRE and collegiate pitcher turned coach with a passion for developing confident, resilient athletes. After years of competing at a high level, I’m excited to share my experience, knowledge, and love for the game with the next generation.
Growing up on the field taught me that great coaching is more than mechanics — it’s connection. My approach blends strong fundamentals, mental game support, and technique that keeps athletes healthy, powerful, and continually progressing.
More than anything, I want every athlete to feel seen, supported, and capable of big things. I genuinely love helping kids grow not just as players, but as people. My goal is to build a coaching environment that’s positive, motivating, and a place they look forward to coming each week.
Whether your child is brand new to pitching or ready to level up their performance, I’m excited to work with them and help them reach their full potential.
Alisha Cumberton
Hi, my name is Alisha Cumberton, and I have had a passion for softball from a young age. I began my playing career with Toms River Girls Softball and Toms River Lightning Travel, and I earned a spot on the varsity team at Toms River East High School as a freshman, playing first base and catcher throughout my high school career.
I continued my softball journey at Montclair State University, where I started as a walk-on and went on to play first base and catcher. During my time at Montclair State, I helped lead the team to three consecutive NCAA Division III World Series appearances. In the 2012 Division III World Series, I hit .500 and was named to the All-Tournament Team. I was also recognized as Honorable Mention All-NJAC at first base in 2012 and earned First Team All-NJAC honors as a catcher in 2013.
Today, my focus is on giving back to the game by helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for softball. I was fortunate to learn from incredible coaches throughout my career, and I understand the impact strong instruction and positive mentorship can have on a player’s development.
Whether your daughter is just starting out, preparing for travel ball, or looking to refine specific skills, I provide individualized instruction designed to help her grow and take her game to the next level in a supportive and motivating environment.
